Introduction

Welcome to the the Organic Semiconductor Optoelectronics group of Jilin University (OSO-JLU). OSO-JLU was founded by a research team in State Key Laboratory of Integrated Optoelectronics, College of Electronic Science and Engineering at Jilin University. We focus on the optoelectronic behavior of organic solids and their application in new optoelectronic devices. Our research consists of four distinctive directions: (1) organic light-emitting device (OLED) and its application in lighting and display; (2) organic thin film transistor (OTFT) and its application in flexible electronics; (3) quantum-dot light-emitting device (QDLED) and its application in lighting and display; (4) optical simulation of the organic optoelectronic devices.
